What You’ll Receive

Receive ongoing guidance from Coach Nils. You may send videos and ask unlimited questions for clarification and feedback.

A focused monthly calendar that aligns daily training tasks with performance objectives. It integrates on-court work, physical preparation, mobility, and recovery into one cohesive plan.
This structure gives you the confidence that every session is intentional and moving you forward

Track your progress from our consultations. It provides clear insights we use to evaluate results, identify priorities, and intentionally plan your training for the months ahead.

We will review your tournament performance and analyze strengths and weaknesses. Analysis will include, but not limited, technique, mental composure, and athletic ability.
What’s Inside
The Process
Onboarding
During the onboarding phase, we work together to gather key information-such as your current training schedule, weekly availability, upcoming tournaments, long-term tennis goals, available resources, and relevant video footage. From there we will design a training plan for our analysis.

Technical Phase
We will first refine your technique. This process typically takes between one to three months depending on your starting point. This step ensures a strong foundation for long term improvement.

Physical Phase
Next, the focus is on developing athleticism by improving strength, endurance, speed, agility, and overall explosiveness to support higher-level performance on the court

Strategy Phase
In the strategy phase, we will focus on match intelligence, decision-making, and applying your physical and technical improvements effectively in competition.
